Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning is a locally woman-owned and operated small business and has been serving Rochester for 13 years. We are licensed, bonded and insured and our employees are professionally trained and vetted.
By hiring Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning you agree to be the party responsible for full payment, communication and complying with all policies, upholding this agreement and satisfaction guarantee procedures. Third party involvement is not recognized by Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By signing up through our website, You are consenting to receive text messages that may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided from Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC, its affiliates or its successors.
Your consent to receive text messages (including promotional and transactional alert text messages, which come from a ten digit phone number) from Full Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC, is subject to these Text Terms, including the Dispute Resolution provisions found below, and also is subject to the Privacy Policy at the link below (collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement").
You agree that when You consent to receive text messages from any of our text message programs, You will receive confirmatory opt-in text messages from the respective program. You agree to receive opt-out texts from any of our programs if You subsequently reply STOP to any text messages you receive. For help related to any text message program, reply HELP to any text message received. You agree that when You initiate a text message to any of our text message programs, You may receive related text messages in reply.
When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, marketing messages, and follow-up.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to admin@rochestermicleaning.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you can expect to receive per month will vary based on your interaction with us, Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC.

Please consult Your service agreement with Your wireless carrier to determine Your phone's pricing plan. This program may not be available on all wireless carriers. The carriers supported by this program are AT&T, Boost Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon, but Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program without notice.
You warrant that You have provided Your accurate mobile telephone number to Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC and that You have authority to consent to receive text messages at that number. Before changing, deactivating, or relinquishing Your mobile phone number, You agree that You will opt-out of Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC text message programs, or text message programs offered by our other brands which You may have signed up to receive. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Text Terms.

You agree that Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC may change these Text Terms from time to time, through updating the online version of these Text Terms. Should there be a material change to these Text Terms, Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC will provide notice of such change via text messaging.
Our ADA Accessibility Agreement outlines our commitment to making our website and mobile application accessible and user-friendly for all individuals, including those with disabilities. This agreement is more than just a legal requirement; it’s a promise to our users that we take their accessibility needs seriously and are dedicated to providing a seamless online experience for everyone.
Our staff is very important to us and depends on you to be able to pay their bills. When you skip your cleaning, they get paid less.
We require at least 72 hour notice for reschedules or cancellations of One-time, Initial and Move-in/Move-out cleanings.
If cancellation or rescheduling causes more than 3 weeks to elapse between cleanings, A catch-up cleaning will be required and charged at our current hourly rate. For all company initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions, we will make every attempt to reschedule as close to your regular scheduled cleaning date as possible.
CHECK, CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD and BANK TRANSFERS are all acceptable forms of payment.
We offer many ways to pay for our service.
To meet your needs and to ensure your satisfaction, Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.
When entering into an agreement for services with Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning for any home‐related services. We spend a lot of time, money and resources finding, interviewing, checking references and backgrounds, and training our cleaners. When hired, each cleaning technician signs an agreement barring them from performing any home‐related service for any of our past or present customers. However, if you do wish to employ a staff member directly please discuss this matter with our office. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff please be advised that our referral/ training fee is $3,500 per hired employee. We consider our employees our most valuable asset and charge accordingly.
